Legacy

Your will should state that all your heritage or part of it – whether it is an estate or not – will be bequeathed to Enfants d’Asie after your death.

Life-insurance

A life-insurance is a contract of savings taken out in such agencies as a bank or an insurance-company. It enables you to constitute a capital on a long term. In that contract you can designate Enfants d’Asie as the beneficiary of the capitalised sum. In accordance with your instructions, it will be given to the child while you are still alive or after you die.

Donation

In the presence of your solicitor, you can write a document which will enable you to pass on to Enfants d’Asie a personal property or an estate or securities (stocks and share, …). Unlike a direct donation, a donation through a solicitor is exempted from transfer fees for the beneficiary. It takes effect immediately while you are still alive.

Officially state approved, Enfants d’Asie is entitled to receive legacies, donations and life-insurances without having to pay fees to the State.

What can I pass on ?

There is no minimum value for a legacy or a donation. You can pass on or donate to Enfants d’Asie any kind of property or estate : money, a flat, a house, furniture, jewels, patents, works of art, shares, …

He guarantees the authenticity of your decisions, the sollicitor will also see to your heir’s interests and to the strict respect of your wishes.
