RUNNING OF THE ORGANIZATIONThe board of directors defines the policies and actions of the organization. It relies on the reports of the local representatives who fix the needs and emergencies. The programs are implemented in partnership with the local participants who are regularly controlled.
Once agreed, the expenses must follow the rules stipulated in the statutes and in the organization procedures. They are specified by the deliberations of the Board of Directors. The members of the Committee meet once a month and the Board, once a term. The organization uses 15% of its resources to run the Paris office. The charges include the staff wages, the communication charges (sorting and mailing, telephone, internet, ...), the costs of the missions for the control of the different programmes and the rent of the Paris office.
